How long will it take my order to ship?

You can expect your order to be fulfilled within 2-3 business days, unless the item description states otherwise. When the order is fulfilled, you receive tracking number that allows you to track your order. all questions and concerns can be sent through our chat box or directed to customerservice@johnnyangelapparel.com

Can I preorder any items?

As of now, we don't offer a preorder option on any of our apparel.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns and exchanges to be submit/requested within 10 days of the delivery date. exchanges will be honored, but subject to what is in stock. Items tagged with 'need me to return' cannot be returned without said tag. all questions and concerns can be sent through our chat box or directed to: customerservice@johnnyangelapparel.com

My favorite item didn't restock! Will it ever?

Not all items are in restock rotation, but we are open to making custom requests if the materials needed are in our workroom. custom makes won't be at an additional charge, but will be final sale. reach out to the team to inquire!
