Johnny Angel launched as a queer owned + operated clothing brand initially in December 2020. We started as a brand that catered solely to creating shorts that were shorter than the average pair.

After over 3 years + 9,500 orders later, the team needed a break to restructure the brand and enjoy the process again. We wanted to step away from being a brand with lots of simple items, to a brand with more fun and variety. In taking a 4 month hiatus, we've been able to set the brand up to continue to excite ourselves and the people who support us.

the Johnny Angel brand would typically restock and launch items biweekly, but we've chosen to move to a monthly release that we can theme and plan around. Ideally, we want to continue to design new pieces, things you can't find elsewhere. Unique things to wear is the sole reason the brand was created and given that we still design, cut, + sew our garments, you can expect plenty of new styles moving forward.
